Our website is currently down and here’s why.
Working to get things back up as soon as possible.

The hosting company informed us on 3/25 that our site was down but we didn’t know until the next day that it wasn’t coming back online. Apparently, they leased servers from another company who then decided to not pay the Data Center. The Data Center shut off power to everything this company had, which happened to include our server. We pay our bill every month and a company we’ve never heard of or have done business with was able to have our server knocked offline by their negligence.
The Data Center refused to allow me get access to our data, our entire website and said this guy owed them $25,000 and it wasn’t coming back online until HE paid and only him.

Fuck.

So we had to scramble and have a new server provisioned, re-upload gigs and gigs of videos. Not very fun way to spend the week. But we got it *mostly* done.

Here we are. Five days later. I have a lot of things fixed but am still working to make sure everything looks and works exactly like it did before the server went offline.

I have to start this blog over and lost my old posts. But the content is safe, we have lots of backups of our content. 🙂

Memberships are extended 6 days by CCBill without charge. So you guys aren’t being charged for days you were not able to log on, don’t worry!
You will probably need to do a password recovery by entering the email you signed up with before you’ll be able to log in again. Try that first and I can reset it if you need me to. Support email/contact form on the website is working again.
